Northwestern Health Sciences University Provides
Spook-tacular Setting for Bloomington’s Citywide Halloween Party
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Plenty of clowns, princesses, and superheroes appeared at Northwestern Health Sciences University for Bloomington’s Citywide Halloween party on Oct. 31. Nearly 1,000 people, including almost 450 kids, attended the annual event.
The fun included carnival games; a display of animals from Richardson Nature Center; face painting; a balloon artist; a magician; prize drawings; and trick-or-treating. According to Ryan Chapman, Northwestern’s community relations coordinator, the event went really well. “Volunteers from Northwestern, St. Stephen’s Church and the Optimist Club helped with the games,” she said. “The kids loved the live animals from the Richardson Nature Center and the magician did a great job.”
Northwestern Health Sciences University offers a wide array of choices in natural health care education including chiropractic, Oriental medicine, acupuncture, therapeutic massage and human biology. The University has nearly 900 students on a 25-acre campus in Bloomington, Minnesota.
