Northwestern Health Sciences University Holds First Annual Job Fair for Students
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Students and alumni of Northwestern Health Sciences University visited with prospective employers and made connections at the first annual University-hosted job fair on May 21, 2009. According to Wendy Ruchti, program coordinator for alumni, development, and career services, 22 organizations participated. “We were happy with the turnout,” she says. “Both students and participants were very excited and thought the event was really beneficial.”
The Job Fair was created as an opportunity for students to meet with other alumni or representatives from businesses and clinics in the natural health care fields.
Northwestern Health Sciences University offers a wide array of choices in natural health care education including chiropractic, Oriental medicine, acupuncture, therapeutic massage and human biology. The University has nearly 900 students on a 25-acre campus in Bloomington, Minnesota.
