Northwestern Health Sciences University Hosts Annual Sweet Serenade At Sunset for Neighbors
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Northwestern Health Sciences University hosted more than 350 of its neighbors at its third annual Sweet Serenade at Sunset on Sept. 6, 2008. Guests enjoyed complimentary chair massages, a wine tasting that included six different wines, assorted desserts, coffee, sandwiches, and musical performances by The NOTE-able singers, Satin Jazz Quartet, and The Calhoun-Isles Dixieland Band.
“It’s a way of saying ‘thank-you’ to our neighbors, and showing our appreciation for them,” said Ryan Chapman, the community relations coordinator at Northwestern.
Northwestern Health Sciences University offers a wide array of choices in natural health care education including chiropractic, Oriental medicine, acupuncture, therapeutic massage and human biology. The University has nearly 900 students on a 25-acre campus in Bloomington, Minnesota.
