Paul Ratte, ND
Biography
Paul Ratté, ND, a naturopathic practitioner at the Natural Care Center at Woodwinds, is an authority on functional medicine, a science-based health care approach that improves physiological function and restores health. Paul creates personalized wellness programs for his clients that prioritize their health concerns and reflect their commitment to change. He believes it is not enough to "treat" disease with natural medicine, as optimal health is the proper integration of diet, exercise, stress management, and nutritional supplementation. Symptom management is important, but not at the expense of avoiding the true cause of a condition.
