Julia Bartlett, DC,
is the clinic director of University Health Services.
As an Associate Professor at Northwestern Health
Sciences University, she has been teaching since
1996. She graduated from Northwestern College
of Chiropractic in 1989 and is a board-certified
diplomate of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists.
Dr. Bartlett taught courses in the methods department
for seven years. Northwestern is a perfect fit
for her as she is able to be involved in patient
care and still have the opportunity to teach.
Knowledge of a patient's total health is very
important to Dr. Bartlett and educating patients
is an important element of her practice. "I believe
that health care is a partnership between the
provider and the patient. I enjoy helping others
learn how to take better care of themselves,"
she says.
