Cara Borggren, DC,
is a faculty clinician in University Health Services.
Dr. Borggren attended undergraduate school at
Concordia University (Mequon, Wisc.) from 2000-2001.
She earned her bachelor of science degree in
human biology, and doctor of chiropractic degree
from Northwestern Health Sciences University
in 2006. Dr. Borggren is currently completing
her final year of chiropractic clinical residency,
with an emphasis in geriatric care, at Northwestern.
Dr. Borggren enjoys caring for patients of all
ages and has a special interest in treating pregnancy-related
conditions and children.
Dr. Borggren serves in the role of clinical
supervisor, mentoring interns in sharing her
clinical expertise. She supervises interns at
Pillsbury House Integrated Health Clinic, a clinic
providing free health care to residents of the
Powderhorn neighborhood located in south Minneapolis.
She mentors students in Northwestern’s
University Health Services clinic (Bloomington,
Minn.). She is also a secondary instructor for
a variety of courses taught at Northwestern.
Dr. Borggren enjoys supervising and mentoring
students as they grow to become outstanding natural
health care practitioners.
Originally from Chicago, Ill., Dr. Borggren
is married with two children and lives in Maplewood,
Minn. Dr. Borggren enjoys spending free time
with her family. |
