Gwen Brown, Clinic Manager

Gwen Brown has worked in patient services at the Bloomington Natural Care Center since 2000, and was promoted to Clinic Manager in 2006. She has more than 13 years of experience working in health care clinics. As the Clinic Manager, Gwen supervises the Patient Service Coordinators and ensures that the individual natural health care providers receive the support they require to meet the health care needs of their patients. The Clinic Manager also supports the business management and operation of the clinic to ensure financial success.

“Each day is a learning experience with integrated natural care,” notes Gwen. “Patients present with a multitude of health issues, and our team of practitioners develop individualized treatment plans with the common goal of improving each patient’s health.”

Because of the crucial role of the patient services staff in the Bloomington Natural Care Center, Gwen plays an important part in the clinic’s goal of being a center of excellence for patient care, student education and customer service. The clinic is dedicated to providing its patients with optimal health and wellness services and its student interns with superior clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary integrated environment.

Gwen earned an Associate Certificate in Medical Office/Transcription from Hennepin Technical College in 1997. She worked for almost eight years prior to that as a flight attendant for Northwestern Airlines. During her spare time, Gwen likes to travel with her husband and three adult children, garden, and be taken for walks by the family dog.
