Katie Burns Ryan,
DC, is a faculty clinician at University Health
Services and an assistant professor at Northwestern
Health Sciences University. She teaches the laboratory
component of the physiology courses at Northwestern
College of Chiropractic. Dr. Burns Ryan received
her bachelor's of science degree from the University
of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1998 and received her
doctor of chiropractic degree from Northwestern
College of Chiropractic in 2002. She is member
of the American Chiropractic Association and the
Minnesota Chiropractic Association.
"I am fortunate to have a position that combines
clinical chiropractic with teaching and supervising
student interns," says Dr. Burns Ryan. "I try
to impart some real world experience to the interns,
however, I feel I benefit as much, or more, from
the interns excitement of entering such a fulfilling
field of healthcare."
Dr. Burns Ryan is married and recently relocated
from Rochester, Minnesota.
