Shawn Mack has worked as the Senior Patient Services Coordinator at University Health Services since 2006. She has almost a decade of experience working in natural health care clinics. As the Senior Patient Services Coordinator, Shawn supervises the clinic’s receptionists and supports the educational clinical experience of the student interns as well as the individual University Health Services providers to ensure that patient health care needs are met.

Because of the crucial role of the patient services staff in University Health Services, Shawn plays an important part in the clinic’s goal of being a center of excellence for patient care, student education, and customer service. The clinic is dedicated to providing its patients with optimal health and wellness services and its student interns with superior clinical training.

Shawn attended Chippewa Valley Technical College and Hennepin Technical College while pursuing an LPN degree. In her spare time, she loves to be doing anything outdoors; camping, hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with her husband and her German shepherd dog, Sadie.
