Anne Packard Spicer,
DC, is a doctor of chiropractic at the Bloomington
Natural Care Center and has been a professor in
the College of Chiropractic and the Minnesota
College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine,
where she has taught obstetrics and pediatrics
for the past decade. Dr. Spicer also holds a bachelor’s
degree in psychology from the College of St. Benedict
(1983); she received her doctor of chiropractic
degree from Northwestern in 1991; and she has
an advanced degree in pediatric chiropractic care.
Dr. Spicer instructs and mentors student interns
in the clinical setting of a family practice, with
a primary focus on the care of pregnancy-related
conditions, and on infant’s and children’s
health. Her philosophy of care is to restore and
promote the highest health of body function and
vitality through chiropractic and lifestyle health.
Dr. Spicer is also a dedicated wife and mother
of two boys. She enjoys bicycling and camping with
her family or gardening in her free time. |
