visit annual cap for acupuncture and Oriental medicine services
is due to limited appointment capacity in the Edith Davis
Teaching Clinic.
* For employees and their dependents who
are covered under the University’s health plan, lab
tests provided by Quest Diagnostics or HealthEast Woodwinds
are provided at no cost. For employees and their dependents
who are not covered under the University’s health plan,
there is a 20 percent discount on the lab fee for tests provided
by Quest Diagnostics or HealthEast Woodwinds. There
are no discounts for functional medicine lab tests.
** Students receive a 25 percent discount; student dependents
receive no discount.
