The university continues to invest in technology improvements. On April 25, Microsoft Office 365 replaced GroupWise as the campus email, calendar, instant messaging, and more.

The university continues to invest in technology improvements. On April 25, Microsoft Office 365 replaced GroupWise as the campus email, calendar, instant messaging, and more.

‌A University-wide migration from GroupWise to the Microsoft’s cloud-based collaboration suite called Office 365 was completed on April 25th.  This change effects all faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

Office 365 is a web based service that provides a feature-rich set of tools for collaboration using Microsoft cloud-based products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint and cloud based email, calendar, and more.  

Available at no extra cost through the Microsoft Student Advantage program, Office 365 gives students, faculty, and staff at the University access to a the latest versions of the Microsoft Office Suite, with all the features and functions you’ve come to expect.
