17 Northwestern Employees Recognized by Co-Workers

Seventeen Northwestern Health Sciences University employees were recognized by their co-workers in April, according to Lisa Franczak, BS, SPHR,, benefits and compensation specialist in Northwestern’s Human Resources Department. Franczak coordinates the program.
Each month, all nominated employees are recognized with a certificate and memo to their supervisor. Those names are included in a drawing for $20 gift cards at Target, Best Buy and Rainbow grocery store, as well as a drawing for the Employee of the Month parking spot.

Human Resources Clerk Lois Richter was named the Employee of the Month with parking spot privileges. Shawn Burroughs, Senior Patient Services Coordinator; John Healy, Director of Communications; and Monika Rimple, Web Coordinator, received the gift cards.
