New Students Arrive on Campus for Fall Term
Posted on Sept. 8, 2009
Students new to Northwestern Health Sciences University arrived on campus Sept. 8 for a full day of new student orientation. Enrollment in all programs exceeded projected goals, with 128 new chiropractic students; 30 massage students; and 29 MCAOM students.
“We’re very pleased,” said Bill Kuehl, BS, director of admissions. “In these economic times, colleges typically experience a reduction in enrollment. Northwestern has exceeded admissions goals across the board for fall term. The admissions staff did a fantastic job, with the help of the entire University community, in telling our story and emphasizing the quality education and student life that Northwestern offers.”
Northwestern faculty also returned to campus, spending the day in a faculty development session. Classes for all students begin Sept. 9.
