Cheer For the Minnesota Twins, Dr. Zeigler and Support Northwestern

Mark Zeigler, DC, president of Northwestern Health Sciences University, will be starting off the May 9 Minnesota Twins game by throwing out the first pitch at the Metrodome in downtown Minneapolis. Northwestern hopes to sell 250 tickets to this fun-filled evening, says Jeff Graham, BS, human resources generalist.
Students, alumni, faculty, and staff are invited to enjoy a pre-game picnic and watch the Twins play the Boston Red Sox, while also raising money for Northwestern’s “Imagine Our Future” Capital Campaign.
Discounted tickets will be available for $35, with $4 of each ticket sale going right back to Northwestern. In addition to the game, the tickets will also provide admission to a pre-game gathering, which will feature a nice meal, beer, and soda.
"I am grateful for such a unique way to represent Northwestern,” Dr. Zeigler notes. “This will be an exciting event and an excellent opportunity to not only network with colleagues, but to support the University. I hope to see as many people attend as possible."
“We have great seats reserved behind third base on the lower deck,” Graham said. “It’s a great opportunity to show your support for Northwestern – and to catch a ball!”
The pre-game party will begin at 5:30 p.m. outside of Gate D. To purchase tickets, call Jenny Helget with the Minnesota Twins at (612) 375-7522.
