University Adjusts Access to Campus to Accommodate Board Exams

The Chiropractic National Board Examinations will take place at Northwestern Health Sciences University Nov. 13-15, 2009, leading to some changes and restrictions to some parts of campus.
Starting on Thursday, Nov. 12, there will be no access to room 28 or the gym after 4 p.m. On Friday, Nov. 13, there will be no access via Door 10, near University Health Services (UHS), except for UHS staff, faculty, student interns and patients. There will also be no access to the gym, the back door of the Bloomington Natural Care Center, Room L1, Door 4 near L1, or Room 28.
Saturday, Nov. 14, and Sunday, Nov. 15, the ground floor of the entire building west of Door 2 will be closed. There will be no access through Door 1 or Door 2. There will be no access to the gym, pool, Bloomington Natural Care Center, the admissions offices, continuing education offices, or the microbiology, biochemistry/physiology and clinical pathology labs.
There will be no access to University Health Services; and access to the Edith Davis Teaching Clinic will be via Door 4. The entire second floor will be closed from the restrooms northward.
The building restrictions are necessary to minimize disruptions and to maintain security for students taking the exams. If there are any questions regarding building access during the Board Exams, please contact Linda Bowers at ext. 431.
