Part of Northwestern Being Re-Roofed

A small section of the roof at Northwestern Health Sciences University is being replaced according to Kevin Wolpern, director of the physical plant at Northwestern.
The section of the roof is just inside door number one between the pool and the elevator.
“We started working on it last Tuesday, and the repairs should be complete by the end of this week,” Wolpern said. “It’s a very small piece of the roof.”
Wolpern said repairs like these are necessary from time to time, noting a larger section of the roof was repaired last year, over the cafeteria and foyer. The roof work should eliminate the persistent leaks from the ceiling gat the west end of the Hall of Honor, noted Wolpern.
