What does the Office of Institutional Effectiveness do?
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness provides services for strategic planning and process improvement.

We offer consultation and facilitation services for academic and administrative units throughout Northwestern Health Sciences University. We help groups identify their goals and provide resources for achieving those goals.

We are familiar with a variety of planning and improvement processes. We ask questions from a University-wide perspective to help identify key issues related to your goals in line with the strategic initiatives. We may be able to connect people with others to help coordinate similar efforts on campus and achieve their goals.

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness staff can help facilitate to focus attention on an overview of institutional goals as they relate to a particular department or program.

The Project Management Plan will be used as a guideline during the first project meeting. IE will assist the team with the initial planning of the project to establish these parameters.
