Office of Institutional Effectiveness Services

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) can assist programs, departments and individuals with the following:

  • Strategic planning and process improvement
  • Consultation and facilitation services for academic and administrative units
  • Identification of goals and provision of tools for achieving those goals
  • Asking questions from a University-wide perspective to help identify key issues related to specific goals in line with the strategic initiatives
  • Design and implementation of tools to measure the progress towards goals and outcomes (survey design, development, administration)
  • Goal setting and action planning
  • Improving work processes through collaboration and coordination
