Office of Institutional Effectiveness Services
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) can
assist programs, departments and individuals with the
following:
- Strategic
planning and process improvement
- Consultation
and facilitation services for academic and administrative
units
- Identification
of goals and provision of tools for achieving
those goals
- Asking
questions from a University-wide perspective to help
identify key issues related to specific goals in line
with the strategic initiatives
- Design
and implementation of tools to measure the progress
towards goals and outcomes (survey design, development,
administration)
- Goal
setting and action planning
- Improving
work processes through collaboration and coordination
