The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness at NWHSU is to ensure the highest possible quality in health care education, delivery and research programs through a continuous quality improvement system to determine institutional effectiveness and inform planning and decision making.

What is the role of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness within the University?

The role of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to support the staff and faculty to determine whether the goals and outcomes established by the institution and the programs, in alignment with the strategic plan, are being accomplished in a timely manner. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness supports informed decision-making throughout the institution.
