the form to include all of the information necessary
to read X-rays. |

Return the completed form
with the films back to us. Films may be sent
via US mail, UPS, Courier etc. Unless we are
directed otherwise, we will return them to
you with the written report via first-class
mail. Overnight or other services are available,
at cost, upon request. Mail the completed
transmittal form with the films to the attention
of:

All films with completed transmittal
forms will be immediately read by the radiologists.
Incomplete forms may result in unnecessary delay
in service.
RCS will return the radiology report and the
films to the referring doctor. Reports will routinely
be faxed immediately upon completion.

Films are routinely read within 24-hours
of their receipt in our office. The total turnaround time
from your front desk and back again is typically 4-5 days
or less (often as little as 1-2 days for local clinics). Most
of this time is mail-related.

order to view the Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF)
files, you need the Adobe®
Acrobat® Reader™, available free online from
Adobe.
