Northwestern Health Sciences University requires Human Subjects Protection education for all investigators and research personnel involved in research with human subjects regardless of the source of funding.

Human Subject Protection education must be completed by all personnel involved with a study before the study can receive IRB approval.

To meet the educational requirement, you must complete the Human Participant Protections Education for Research Teams online educational module offered through the National Cancer Institute. NHWSU requires yearly recertification.
