The Office of Research Administration and Compliance (ORAC) was established to support the research endeavors of the University. In this role, the ORAC:

• Facilitates the development and submission of sponsored project proposals
• Provides assistance in developing and standardizing budgets
• Provides oversight management of sponsored projects
• Develops standards and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and University requirements for managing sponsored program funds
• Serves as a resource regarding pre- and post-award grants management and compliance requirements
• Serves as a resource to support the exchange and transfer of research-related scientific and technical information
