Athletic Committee

• Plans and organizes the sports programs that are here at the school in an effort to promote health and fitness.

COOAC

• Coordinates with the clubs for events, making sure the club boards stay updated by the clubs, and other club concerns.

Budget

• Takes care of budget issues.

Bylaws

• Reevaluating the constantly changing bylaws to make that they meet the needs of the student body and NWHSU.

Legislative

• Responsible for keeping the student body informed on issues in the local, state and federal legislatures that effect the programs.

Education Committee

• Takes care of MASH notes for students, board reviews, also treats on occasion during midterms or finals.

House Committee

• Keeps the internal aesthetics of the building pleasing and functional outside of school responsibilities.  Recently are the acquisition of a water cooler in the intern room in UHS and the new couches on the 2nd floor and a few other areas.  Fitness Center is also part of this committee.

Social Committee

• Responsible for organizing the three main parties for the school or other events that are considered school-wide social events

Volunteer Committee

• Organizes ways for NWHSU to give back to the local community and to further advance the NWHSU image in the eyes of the community.

Food

• Takes care of food for meetings or in support of other events.

Green

• Making our campus more environmentally friendly through programs of reduction, reuse, and recycling.
