New Student Orientation

All new students are required to attend orientation to ease the transition into academic and student life. Orientation is designed to acquaint new students with each other and the larger campus community, including faculty and staff.

Fall 2016 New Student Orientation for:

Chiropractic, Acupuncture/Oriental Medicine, Massage Therapy, Nutrition and Undergraduate Health Sciences/Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health 

Date: Tuesday, September 6, 2016
Program (includes breakfast and lunch): 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Check-in starts at 8:00 a.m.


At orientation, you will:

  • Learn what life will be like as a Northwestern student
  • Meet your fellow students and future colleagues
  • Chat with current students
  • Be introduced to faculty and staff

Prior to attending New Student Orientation, you are required to read the following policies and documents (also listed on the Admitted Students Checklist).

Required signed certifications and waivers

Also prior to attending Orientation, print out and sign the following waivers and certifications to confirm that you have read and understand required policies and other key information.
