Details
- Pick up your cap and gown in the University Bookstore on the morning of rehearsal - Friday, April 12 before 11:00 a.m.
- Bring your cap and gown to rehearsal for the class photo. Wear proper attire for the photo (i.e. no blue jeans or tennis shoes).
- Take your cap and gown home - press the gown if needed. Bring your cap and gown with you on Friday evening for the graduation ceremony in the NWHSU Auditorium.

5:30 p.m.-5:45 p.m. |
Arrive and go to Lecture Room 5 to get dressed in your cap, hood and ironed gown. Guests may go directly to the auditorium. Unlimited seating is available. |

6:15 p.m. |
Line up. Remain very quiet and listen for your name to be called. Check the other students in line next to you to be sure that everyone is in order. Enter the auditorium in line. Pick up a program on your way into the auditorium. |

6:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. |
Graduation ceremony - lasts until approximately 8:00 p.m. |

After ceremony – 8:00 p.m. |
You must return your cap, gown and hood to L5. If you need to make other arrangements to return your gown, please contact the Office of the Registrar, 800/952-888-4777 ext. 241. |

Reception – 8:00 p.m. |
A reception will be held in the Northwestern Health Sciences University cafeteria immediately following the ceremony. |
