Rehearsal and Graduation Ceremony

Northwestern Health Sciences University Auditorium
- Pick up your cap and gown in the University Bookstore on the morning of rehearsal - Friday, Nov. 21 before 11:00 a.m.
- Take your cap and gown home - press the gown if needed. Bring your cap and gown with you on Friday evening for the graduation ceremony at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, MN.
- Bring your cap and gown to rehearsal for the class photo. Wear proper attire for the photo (i.e. no blue jeans or tennis shoes).
- If you received a federal loan, you are required to complete online exit counseling. The Office of Financial Aid will email you one month prior to graduation to complete.

Graduation ceremony schedule
|5:30 p.m.-5:45 p.m.||Arrive at St. Paul RiverCentre and go to Roy Wilkins Auditorium to the North Forum backstage area (signs will be posted) to get dressed in your cap, hood and ironed gown.Guests may go directly to the auditorium. Unlimited seating is available.|
|6:10 p.m.||Line up. Remain quiet and listen for your name to be called.
Enter the auditorium in line. Pick up a program on your way into the auditorium.
|6:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.||Graduation ceremony - lasts until approximately 8:00 p.m.|
|After ceremony - 8:00 p.m.||You must return your cap, gown and hood to the North Forum backstage area. Pick up your diploma.|
8:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
|A reception will be held in the Kellogg Lobby at the St. Paul RiverCentre immediately following the ceremony. Hors d'oeurves served, cash bar available.|
