Nurse Practitioner Services
Nurse practitioners are primary care providers who specialize in chronic or acute conditions. The nurse practitioner can see you for preventative care, routine exams, illness or injury. Our nurse practitioner is an advanced practice registered nurses (APRN). She completed additional education including a master’s degree with a specialty focus and a doctor of nursing practice.
Our nurse practitioner focuses on you as a whole patient - beyond your immediate symptoms - treating the illness, counseling, and providing education to enhance your quality of life. She also confers with our other healthcare providers to optimize your treatment.
NOTE: On Jan. 1, 2014, nurse practitioner services relocated to the Bloomington Natural Care Center located near door #1 across from the Office of Admissions. To schedule an appointment, call 952-886-7588, option 1.
