User agrees that their sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

The materials on this Service are copyrighted and may be downloaded and/or reprinted for personal use only. Permission to reprint or electronically reproduce or otherwise utilize any document, text, or graphic in whole or in part for any reason is expressly prohibited, unless prior written consent is obtained from the respective copyright holder(s).

This Agreement is entered into and performed entirely in the State of Minnesota, United States of America, and its enforceability and interpretation shall be governed exclusively under the laws of Minnesota, exclusive of its choice of law or conflict-of-laws provisions. In any claim arising out of or related in any way to this Agreement or to the Service, the parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Minnesota District Court for Ramsey County, Minnesota, or, if such court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and may not be modified or waived except as specified above. Anything in the Service inconsistent with or conflicting with the provisions of this Agreement is superseded by the provisions of this Agreement.

In the event that any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be impaired thereby and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
