Candace Lautt, NCTMB, is a nationally-certified
massage therapist at the Natural Care Center
at Woodwinds. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Peace Studies from Manchester College (North
Manchester, Ind.). She completed her massage
therapy externship at Abbott Northwestern Hospital
(Minneapolis, Minn.), and earned her Professional
Certificate in Massage Therapy with honors from
Northwestern Health Sciences University. After
working as a supervisor at Pillsbury House Integrated
Health Clinic (Minneapolis, Minn.), she joined
the Burnsville Natural Care Center, a clinic
of Northwestern Health Sciences University, in
January 2008 as a Clinic Supervisor. Lautt joined
the Natural Care Center at Woodwinds in April
2008.
Lautt has worked in natural health care as a
massage therapist since 1999. She is experienced
in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and
management of clients with cancer. She is a Level
3 Reiki Master, and has additional training in
aromatherapy, fascial work, and chakra energy
work.
Lautt was actively involved in the development
of Pillsbury House Integrated Health Clinic,
a clinic providing complementary and alternative
health care to south Minneapolis communities.
She is currently a member of the American Massage
Therapy Association.
