Sarah Zamastil, NCTMB, is a nationally-certified massage therapist at the Natural Care Center at Woodwinds. Her goal is to nurture each person through their individual journey to restore physical strength and mental alertness, to function more productively, and to achieve a greater sense of wellness. Zamastil graduated with honors from the School of Massage Therapy at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2003. She also earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Minnesota, majoring in kinesiology. Prior to joining the Woodwinds team, Zamastil worked as a chiropractic assistant, and as a personal trainer while attending school.

Zamastil is certified in neuromuscular therapy and connective tissue massage. She hopes to expand in the future and learn more modalities of massage therapy. Zamastil approaches each session with a client on an individual basis, knowing that each day may be different for her clients and that no two clients are the same. "It's very rewarding to know that I can make a positive difference in someone's journey toward health."
