I am a doctor of naturopathic medicine at the Natural Care Center at Woodwinds. Before moving back to Minnesota in 2010, my husband and I owned a successful private naturopathic practice in Arizona.
I am trained in both conventional and natural therapies. I use clinical nutrition, botanical medicine and homeopathy to treat patients. In addition to my practice, I review research and write reports on complementary and alternative medicine therapies for a private health advisory company.
I am also an experienced instructor having taught courses in anatomy and physiology, mechanics of kinesiology, and ethics and communication, at the Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy (Scottsdale, Arizona).
I have a practice treating families and individuals of all ages and concerns. Some common conditions I treat, but am not limited to, include depression, anxiety, hypertension, high cholesterol, infertility, hypothyroidism, and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
