Personal Information

I have had the opportunity to work with a number of employers in a variety of industries for more than 20 years – providing on-site health and wellness services, including health and safety workshops, ergonomic consultation and injury prevention programs. My on-site health and wellness clinics have been on the leading edge of employee benefits and corporate cost savings. I truly enjoy the rewards and challenges of creating a safer, healthier workplace and workforce.

In addition, I offer coursework through the postgraduate department at Northwestern Health Sciences University and have presented at numerous local, regional and national occupational health and safety conferences. I enjoy the opportunity to educate and carry great passion for improving the workplace and motivating employees to better health.

Since graduating from Northwestern College of Chiropractic and obtaining a diplomate in Occupational Health and Applied Ergonomics, I have been fortunate to share my thoughts, experiences, knowledge and passion with a number of local, regional and national groups. Presenting for organizations that include the Society for Human Resource Management, American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, Minnesota Safety Council and National Safety Council, as well as offering coursework for the postgraduate Occupational Health Diplomate program at Northwestern continues to be an honor.

In addition to my direct work with employees and organizations, I have enjoyed serving on the boards of the American Chiropractic Association’s Council of Occupational Health and the International Academy of Chiropractic Occupational Health Consultants.
