About Joseph J. Sweere

He is a Professor in the Clinical Sciences Division, College of Chiropractic, at Northwestern Health Sciences University. He is the founder of, and an advisor to the H.C. Sweere Center for Clinical Biomechanics and Applied Ergonomics located on the campus of Northwestern Health Sciences University.  He served as chairperson of the Rehabilitation Review Panel (RRP) for the Dept. of Labor and Industry for the State of MN, and is a former member of the MN Workers’ Compensation Advisory Board. He currently serves as the chiropractic representative at the Workers’ Compensation Research Institute (WCRI).  He is the founder and president of the non-profit International Academy of Chiropractic Occupational Health Consultants (IACOHC). He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists (DABCO); and a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Occupational Health (DACBOH).

About Chad Henriksen

Chad Henriksen, DC, DABCOH,  a graduate of Northwestern Chiropractic College, has focused his career in the area of occupational health by consulting with corporate clients and providing on-site health and wellness services.  He is a Diplomate in Occupational Health and Applied Ergonomics and is currently Coordinator of the Ergonomics Division at the HC Sweere Center for Clinical Biomechanics and Applied Ergonomics.  He develops and oversees on-site programs that reduces cost for employers and increases the health and well-being of employees.
