Hilary Patzer, L.Ac., DACM

Dr. Hilary Patzer’s No. 1 goal is to support athletes in achieving their highest level of performance and athletic success. She is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her tools of the trade also include being a Level lll Fascial Stretch Specialist and certified in Cranial Sacral Therapy and Neurokinetic Therapy.

Dr. Patzer currently serves as the Sports Acupuncturist for the Minnesota Vikings and treats professional, elite, college and high school athletes from various sports. She earned her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College in 2018, and is now pursuing a second master’s degree in Health Coaching and Performance. She is driven by empowerment through growth, health, and movement.

Dr. Patzer was a two-time NCAA Division 1 All-American Nordic Ski Racer. She raced with the U.S. Ski Team for three years. As a competitive skier, she over-trained and acupuncture was the one thing that brought her back to being a whole, healthy person and athlete. She continues to train and compete in ski races, marathons, and triathlons. She competed in the Ironman World Championship and the Boston Marathon. Her competitive experience provides her with unique understanding of what pushing the body to its limit means and how acupuncture can aid the athlete’s body.
