Spinal Sprint 2023

Join us for the 4th annual Spinal Sprint! Northwestern Health Sciences University Chiropractic Alumni board wants you to join us either in person or virtually as we get in shape and enjoy some great swag for you and the kids! There is even medals and prizes! You get to do all of this while supporting the work they do for students, alumni and the community to live healthier and happier lives using natural healthcare!
- Enjoy LIVE music, food and prizes after the race.
- Create a Team! The largest team will win the Champion of Health award!
- Packet pick up is on Thursday Sept. 14th from 4-8 at Northwestern Health Sciences University, 2501 West 84th Street, Bloomington, MN.
You can also pick up your race packet 1 hour before the race at the race location. If you would prefer your items be mailed to you, please choose that option on registration. Note that you will likely receive the package after race day.
Race Day Timeline:
- Registration — 7:30 a.m. -8:30 a.m.
- Kids Run — 8:30 a.m.
- 5K — 8:45 a.m.
- Post race events
