This course builds on the introductory principles covered in Fundamentals of Nutrition. Students will explore topics including ergogenic aids, dietary supplements, obesity, eating disorders, alcohol, metabolism, global nutrition issues, and popular diets. Topics will be introduced in online modules, and supplemented by in-class discussions and review of related research. Pre-requisite: SNU1112 Fundamentals of Nutrition
