Join us at our Stretching for Performance Meetup
Stretching for Performance is a high-energy, free workshop where you'll perform a dynamic warm up and learn how to maximize your athletic performance and minimize injuries.
Poses will focus on minimizing common injuries that plague runners of all levels.
Dr. Scott Oswald, an assistant professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University, teaches the concepts of physiological therapeutics to aspiring chiropractors. He provides chiropractic care to amateur, professional and Olympic-level athletes.
His experience as a certified athletic trainer, coach and CrossFit consultant for the University of Minnesota, gives him incomparable knowledge in preventing and healing musculoskeletal injuries.
