I am the chief of staff of the De Rusha Clinic, faculty clinician at University Health Services, and associate professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University. My responsibilities include managing the De Rusha clinic, supervising the student intern experience, and teaching courses at the University.
As the chief of staff I am responsible for the leadership, planning, accountability and quality assurance of the clinic’s healthcare providers.
As a faculty clinician, I provide care to students and employees of Northwestern and their immediate family. I use my clinical experience, education and current research to mentor upper trimester chiropractic students. This student internship is a balance between observation of clinical faculty during patient care and active student participation in the care itself.
When I am not providing care at the clinic, I am an associate professor at Northwestern. I teach courses in patient interviewing, clinical internship, chiropractic methods and Western clinical medicine at the College of Chiropractic and the College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
I am a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Minnesota Chiropractic Association.
