After spending over 20 years in a variety of roles in different hospitals, I entered the chiropractic profession. As a chiropractor, I spent ten years in a holistic health care clinic seeing a wide variety of health concerns. At Northwestern, as a full-time faculty member, I am where I am supposed to be.

I love chiropractic. I love what it can do for patients and the opportunities it can provide for our graduates.

With a love of teaching, I am always learning myself - whether it is updates on current research or new ideas from different sources. This constant learning is not just in the classroom, but also as I supervise interns in the University clinics. I try to find ways to help students improve their adjusting and overall skill set to help them be the best chiropractors they can be.

My interest in the future is to be able to see a time when research will help demonstrate what my colleagues and I have been witness to - all the positive non- musculoskeletal benefits of chiropractic care.
