Interests and philosophy:
Interests include musculoskeletal conditions – neck pain, back pain, knee pain, etc. Chronic pain, headaches, sleep issues, stress, women’s health concerns.
With patients, I take a holistic approach to their care. I believe that the human body should be treated as a whole, rather than in separate parts. I focus on treating root causes of symptoms in order to help a patient come back to a state of balance. We all have the innate ability to heal, and it is my job to help an individual through that natural healing process (as well as prevention) so they can go back to enjoying life!
What patients say about me:
I am a very compassionate, warm-hearted provider that listens thoughtfully to their concerns in order to provide the best care possible and helps them understand their health and why they’re experiencing their symptoms.
On a personal note:
When I am not working, I enjoy being outdoors and staying active with my dog, Koda! I also enjoy spending time with friends and family.
