The IT Help Desk provides general IT support services for students, faculty, and staff.

- -or- dial extension 357 on a campus phone
- Walk in support is available in the Technology Center (Room 25), directly below the cafeteria:
- Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
- The IT Help Desk support is available by ticket or phone during the following hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
- Friday – Sunday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

Faculty & Staff Services
The IT Helpdesk can assist faculty and staff directly with issues related to computers, printers, network connections, software, and other IT related problems.
