The IT Help Desk provides general IT support services for students, faculty, and staff.

  • To create a ticket, send an email to it@nwhealth.edu
  • Contact us by phone: 952-214-0840
    • -or- dial extension 357 on a campus phone
  • Walk in support is available in the Technology Center (Room 25), directly below the cafeteria:
    • Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
  • The IT Help Desk support is available by ticket or phone during the following hours:
    • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
    • Friday – Sunday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

The IT Helpdesk can assist faculty and staff directly with issues related to computers, printers, network connections, software, and other IT related problems.
