Value Proposition: As an integrative nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience in Functional Medicine and women’s hormones, I bring clarity to the menopause transition by helping to weed out the noise and create a practical plan that will offer the biggest bang for the buck and effort. The internet is full of distractions and I want people to feel confident that they have solid, clear information and that they are not just being sold the next trend or supplement.
My Specializations:
The menopause group series is packed full of curated information, practical tools and specific guidance where you will have the support of others who are also navigating the menopause transition.
Group classes maximize the opportunity to learn from organized lessons, ask questions that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to in a short 1:1 visit, and receive support and ideas from others on the same journey. Even though it is a group setting, you will walk away feeling confident with a personalized plan and next steps.
My favorite place to get away is a secluded cabin surrounded by nature of any kind: desert, mountains, oceans, lakes, woods, snow, prairie. I have stayed at over 35 Airbnbs and feel like picking the best ones is one of my hidden talents!
Exercise did not always come easy to me since I wasn’t athletic growing up, but in the last few years I find that movement is what keeps me grounded. I like strength training, yoga and long walks.
