By integrating modern science and the ancient medical art of acupuncture, I deliver personalized care that goes beyond symptom relief to identifying and treating root causes of health concerns. Because acupuncture works with our body’s innate healing processes to resolve disease, it can be used for a wide variety of conditions including pain, anxiety, insomnia, headaches / migraines, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, digestive issues, stroke and spinal cord injuries, post-operative recovery, mental health and stress disorders.
People who come to see me are often surprised that such a gentle medicine as acupuncture can have such a profound impact on improving their health. I think you’ll be surprised, too!
When working with me, you can expect to be heard and understood, and for each treatment to be tailored to your health goals and what you need that day. We’ll even chat for 15-20 minutes at your initial visit to gather the many relevant details about your health that allow me to select just the right treatment approach for you, and you can look forward to resting comfortably on the table for 30 minutes while the acupuncture does it’s amazing work!
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me enjoying time with my three children, cheering them on in their many activities, out on a good trail run or hike, doing yoga, cuddling our sweet pug, or researching new and interesting topics in medicine.
