As a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach, I work with individuals navigating chronic stress, fatigue, and early signs of burnout, as well as those moving through life transitions, retirement, or shifting roles.
My coaching supports people who feel disconnected from their purpose, body, or community, and who may be experiencing anxiety or overwhelm related to health changes or aging. I’m especially passionate about helping clients strengthen inner resilience, cultivate emotional balance, and deepen mindfulness, self-compassion, and meaning.
For those interested, I also integrate evidence-informed mind-body practices such as mindfulness and Reiki to support whole-person wellbeing.
My Specializations:
Coaching with me offers space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what feels most vital to living a thriving and meaningful life. Together, we explore simple, nourishing practices—mindfulness, movement, time in nature, or quiet reflection, for example—that help you feel more grounded and capable of enacting change in a way that is sustainable and life-giving.
I offer one-on-one and group coaching for gentle guidance and community support, as well as Reiki sessions to tend to the nervous system. Each experience invites a return to yourself, creating room for more energy, clarity, and ease in everyday life.
As the youngest in our clinic, I carry forward the love, wisdom, and stories of my elders. My work is inspired by time spent with a few of my grandparents at the end of their lives and by the ancestral understanding that healing ripples across generations. Music and relationship with nature keep me connected to that lineage—reminding me to stay grounded, embodied, and alive to what matters most.
