About the 2026 Symposium:
This year’s Homecoming Symposium was a fantastic blend of connection and education. Thank you to all of our attendees who participated, our speakers and sponsors, it was a great event.
We’re excited to announce that we are returning to a two-track agenda with multiple hands-on courses. Participants can earn 20+ CEs, meet and mingle with hundreds of their peers both in-person and online, connect with an excellent speaker group, and dive into the topics impacting our profession.
