Fitness Facilities
Fitness Center
The NWHSU Fitness Center offers a wide variety of cardio and strength training equipment. Key card is required for entry.
COVID-19
The state of Minnesota has approved gyms and fitness centers to reopen under new guidelines. These requirements include mask use at all times, an observance of a minimum of 12ft distance for all attendees, and a requirement that facilities not exceed 25% of their posted maximum occupancy. The fitness center will continue to operate at a 10-person maximum capacity at this time, and signs will be posted around the facility detailing expectations for use of the space. Please note that the NWHSU requirement for PPE masks on campus (surgical or N95/KN95 respirator masks) applies to the fitness center as well. Masks will be available at the fitness center check-in desk for those who need one.
