Peer Tutoring

This service is available for students struggling with classes or who want to learn better study strategies for specific courses.

The peer tutoring service facilitates the learning experience for all students. The service is free.

Contact Student Affairs at studentaffairs@nwhealth.edu for a list of Peer Tutors in your program, or for additional assistance finding a Peer Tutor.

Apply to become a peer tutor!

  1. To apply, select “Student Peer Tutor” on the NWHSU Online Application Site.
  2. Check with the Registrar and Financial Aid office to ensure that you are eligible for Federal Work Study or Student Help.
  3. If approved, you will be notified by the Registrar’s Office.
  4. Attend the Peer Tutor Training before meeting with students.
