New Student Orientation

Welcome, New Students!

Welcome incoming students starting in the Summer 2024 term! All new students are required to attend orientation to ease the transition into academic and student life. Orientation is designed to acquaint new students with each other and the larger campus community, including faculty and staff.


Summer 2024 New Student Orientation #1

Monday, May 6, 2024
Classes begin May 7, 2024
Programs:
  • Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Radiologic Technology
  • Select Post Baccalaureate PreHealth and Undergraduate Courses: A&P, Med Term, and Anatomy

  • 10:00 am to 11:00 am: New Student Orientation (on campus or online)
  • 11:10 am to 12:00 pm: Program breakout sessions (on campus or online)
  • 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm: Lunch (on campus)
  • 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm: Resource Fair (on campus)

Classes begin May 28, 2024 (following the virtual orientation session)
Programs:
  • Chiropractic, Post Baccalaureate Prehealth,  and Undergraduate Health Sciences

Required signed certifications and waivers

Prior to attending New Student Orientation, students must review and sign the following waivers and certifications confirming they have read and understand required policies and other key information.

These forms will be sent to students prior to Orientation and can be signed and returned electronically.

Students who register for classes and Orientation close to the start of the term may find it useful to bring printed and completed forms to Orientation or fax them to 952-886-7566.
