New Student Orientation

Welcome Summer 2025 Students!

All new students are required to attend orientation to support their transition into academic and student life. Orientation is designed to help students connect with one another and become familiar with the larger campus community, including faculty and staff.

For the summer 2025 term, there are two available orientation sessions. Please read the details below to determine which one you should register for.


Summer 2025 New Student Orientation #1

Tuesday, May 6, 2025

Classes begin Wednesday, May 7, 2025

Orientation on May 6, 2025 is for the following programs: 

  • Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
  • Massage Therapy
  • Radiologic Technology
  • Medical Laboratory Science BS Completion
  • Phlebotomy
  • Post Baccalaureate Prehealth and Undergraduate students taking A&P, Medical Terminology, and Anatomy.
May 6, 2025, Orientation Schedule
  • 10:00 am – 11:00 am, General Orientation Session (in-person or virtual attendance)
  • 11:10 am – 12:15 pm, Program Breakout Sessions (in-person or virtual attendance)
  • 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm, lunch (in-person attendees)
  • 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm, New Student Resource Fair (on-campus)

  • Post Baccalaureate Prehealth

  • 10:00 am – 11:00 am, General Orientation Session (virtual attendance)
  • 11:10 am – 12:15 pm, Program Breakout Sessions (virtual attendance)
  • 12:45 pm – 3:00 pm, New Student Resource Fair (on-campus)

Required signed certifications and waivers

Prior to attending New Student Orientation, students must review and sign the following waivers and certifications confirming they have read and understand required policies and other key information.

These forms will be sent to students prior to Orientation and can be signed and returned electronically.
