Student Complaints and Grievances
As members of the NWHSU community, students are responsible for upholding and adhering to the Standards of Conduct outlined in the Student Handbook. If you wish to report a violation of these standards please complete the form below. This form can also be used to file a complaint or grievance regarding faculty, staff, facility, or other dissatisfactory or unfair treatment. Complainants who file a report will be contacted within five business days regarding next steps.

Certain actions are not covered by this complaint process. Please refer to the following for other processes:
- Complaints involving grades are handled through the Grade Appeal Policy.
- Allegation of harassment or discrimination should refer to the University’s Harassment Policy and Non-Discrimination Policy.
- Complaints involving sexual discrimination, including: sexual harassment, sexual assault, and sexual violence by employees, students, or third parties should be reported through the Title IX process.
