Pay Your Tuition and Fees Easily at NWHSU

Find ways to finance your education and pay all fees and tuition costs easily. Once you have made your choice to attend NWHSU and are accepted, you can start the process of obtaining financial aid. Our staff is here to help you discover scholarships, grants, aid packages and more.

Financial Aid starts with your tuition deposit.

Once accepted, it is important to pay your deposit based on program you will be following. Your deposit is applied to your first trimester tuition and is a necessary step for you to start the financial aid process.

Tuition Deposits

Once accepted into NWHSU, you must pay a non-refundable tuition deposit to secure enrollment in your individual program. Your deposit is applied to your first trimester tuition and is a necessary step for you to start the financial aid process and register for classes.

BS in Medical Laboratory Science Completion: $100
Chiropractic: $300
Graduate Certificate in Health Coaching: $100
Massage Therapy: $100
Medical Assisting: $100
Medical Laboratory Technology: $100
MHS in Functional Nutrition: $100
MHS in Integrative Care: $100
Phlebotomy Training Program: $100
Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health: $100
Radiation Therapy: $100
Radiologic Technology: $100
Undergraduate Health Sciences: $100

Tuition payment process

Student Statements are generally produced after registration is completed and financial aid has been applied to a student account. This is typically two weeks after the beginning of each trimester. These statements are available for students to pick up in the Accounting Office. Unclaimed statements will be mailed to the students address. Statements can be run upon request, at any time.

All tuition and fee payments are due by the last day of the month a trimester begins.
Payments are processed the next business day
Any changes to your course load – for example, adding or dropping a course – may increase or decrease your tuition
Foreign credit card payments are accepted IN PERSON only in the Accounting Office

NOTE: Refund checks from financial aid are typically distributed after the 10th day of class. Make sure your address is current. Review your address on E-Northwestern and make changes, if necessary or complete an online address change form here: ‌ Address Change Form

Explore Our Financial Aid Packages

May of our students receive financial aid covering all or most of their tuition and student expenses. Financial aid can be used by all students to cover:

Tuition and fees normally assessed for a student carrying the same academic workload
Allowance for books, supplies, transportation and miscellaneous personal expenses
Allowance for room and board
Allowance for dependent care costs for students with dependents
Allowance for one-time direct costs of obtaining a first professional license or certificate for students who are enrolled in a program that requires such professional licensure or certification
Financial aid can be acquired through scholarships, grants, and work-study programs. As a Military Friendly university, there are even more options for veteran, active-duty members, and their dependents and/or spouses.
